Ingredients For Sabudana Khichadi (Bhagar) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash sabudana for 3-4 times.
  • 2. After that soak sabudana in water for 15 minutes then drain off all the water and soak it for 5-6 hours.
  • 3. Roughly crush ground nuts in mortar and pestle.
  • 4. In a pan heat oil, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  • 5. After that add chopped green or red chilly, roughly crushed peanuts. Roast till golden brown.
  • 6. Now add soaked sabudana, sugar, salt, turmeric powder. Mix well.
  • 7. Cover with lead or plate and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • 9. Tasty Sabudana Khichadi (Bhagar) is ready to serve.
