Ingredients For Sabudana Khichadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Drain off excess water from sabudana if any before cooking. Sabudana will fluff up after soaking.transfer it into a big bowl.
  • 2. Heat oil in a heavy bottom non stick pan. Add cumin seeds greens chilli and curry leaves, stir for minute. Add potatoes and cook it in a low flame for 5 minutes. Saute it.
  • 3. Add sugar, salt,black pepper, cumin powder, crushed roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and lemon juice to the sabudana bowl and mix well.
  • 4. Now transfer the coated sabudana to the pan, mix everything well. cover the lid. Keep stirring occasionally. Cook it for 5 minutes more.
  • 5. Transfer it in the serving plate garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot.
