Ingredients For Sabudana khichadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Drain off excess water from sabudana if any, Sabudana will fluff up after soaking, transfer it into a big bowl
  • 2. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. Add cumin seeds greens chilli and curry leaves.
  • 3. Add potato pieces and cook it in a low flame for 5 minutes.
  • 4. In the sabudana bowl Add sugar, salt,black pepper,cumin powder,crushed roasted peanuts,coriander leaves and lemon juice .
  • 5. Now transfer the coated sabudana to the pan, mix everything well. Cover the lid. Keep stirring occasionally. Cook it for 5 minutes more.
  • 6. Transfer it in the serving plate. Serve hot.
