Recipe Notes

You can use regular salt. I made it for fast so I use rock salt. Instead of red chilli powder and garam masala you can use black pepper powder also. You can adjust spice according to your taste.

Ingredients For Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana for 2 hours.
  • 2. Heat oil in kadai and add Cumin seeds. Let is temper.
  • 3. Now add chopped potato, green chilli and ginger. Add some salt and water as required. Let it cook.
  • 4. Remove access water from sabudana and add in kadai.
  • 5. Add all spice like red chilli powder, garam masala, rock salt, lemon juice, sugar, peanut powder.
  • 6. Gently mix all ingredients. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes to cook sabudana.
  • 7. Now our Khichdi is ready to serve. Enjoy.
