Ingredients For Sabudana khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. Wash sabudana gently. Drain extra water
  • 2. 2. Soak sabudana for over night
  • 3. 3. Take a heavy bottom pan heat ghee.
  • 4. 4 add cumin seeds, and green chillies , curry leaf and wait for crckel sound
  • 5. 5. Add boiled potatoes and cover with dhakkan for 2 min than add peanut powder
  • 6. 6 add sabudana and mixed together and add salt, Red chillies, black paper,, shugar
  • 7. 7. Mix gently and cover for 10 min on low flame
  • 8. 8. Now sabudana khichdi is ready add lemon juice and coriander leaves
