Ingredients For Sabudana Laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash two cups of sago well and soak it overnight in 2 cups of water.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan, add sago dana and cook it in low flame till the sago does not melt a bit.
  • 3. Now add sugar, milk powder and cardamom powder slowly,
  • 4. and keep stirring continuously till the mixture comes out from the pan.
  • 5. After dividing the mixture into 3 parts, keeping one part in a pan,
  • 6. add 1/4 tsp of food colour and cook it again for 2 minutes and take it out.
  • 7. Similarly, take another part of the mixture and add another food colour
  • 8. and again cook it for 1 minute and take it out.
  • 9. Leave the remaining part of the mixture white.
  • 10. Now after the mixture cools down a little, make small shape of laddu.
  • 11. After the laddu cools down, sprinkle some finely chopped dry fruits on top.
  • 12. Finally serve the delicious laddu.
