Methods
  • 1. Rinse and soaked the sabudana for 2 hours. Dry roast peanuts in a pan and let them cool. Grind in a grinder and make powder.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, peanut powder, salt, ginger-green chili paste, corn starch and lemon juice and mix every thing we'll.
  • 3. Divide the dough into equal Parts. Grease your Palm with oil and make round shape balls.
  • 4. Heat appears pan on medium heat . Add a few drops of oil in each round section. Place the prepared balls in each section.
  • 5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium- low flame. Turn over each balls . Drizzle few more drops of oil if needed. Cover and cook again for 2-3 minutes until they turn crispy and golden brown.
  • 6. Serve hot sabudana vada with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
