Ingredients For Salted Vermicelli Loaded with Veggies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the vermicelli. Keep aside.
  • 2. Take a wok heat oil. Add cumin seeds and green chilli. Saute for few seconds.
  • 3. Add onion, carrot, potato and curry leaves. Mix it well. Cover it with lid. Cook on low medium flame till potato becomes soft.
  • 4. Now add capsicum. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Add roasted vermicelli. Saute it for a minute.
  • 6. Now add 1.5 cup hot water in it. After one boil, turn the flame low. Cook it for 5-6 minutes. Cover it.
  • 7. When vermicelli becomes soft. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
