Methods
  • 1. Add salt, kalonji seeds, oil to the fine flour and knead the dough
  • 2. Heat the oil and add cumin, asafoetida, fenugreek, onion, ginger and green chillies and fry it
  • 3. Fry by adding salt and all the spices
  • 4. Then mash the potatoes and mixed them
  • 5. Now roll the dough with flour and close it by filling it with potato masala and fry it.
  • 6. Serve with curd , sauce and tomato sauce.
