Methods

How to make Sattu Makhana Barfi Recipe

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add sattu and saute it for 2-3 minutes on liw to medium flame.
3. Now add makhana powder,mix well and again saute it for 1 minute on low to medium flame.
4. Add milk,milk piwder and sugar,mix well and cook it until it turns thick in texture.
5. Finally add sugar,dry fruit mix powder and cardamom powder,mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes more or until it becomes thick.
6. Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture in a greased plate snd let it cool completely.
7. Garnish with dessicated coconut snd cut into pieces and barfi is ready to be serve.
