Ingredients For Schezwan paneer tikka Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add all the above ingredients..mix it well.. marinate it for 4-5 hours..
  • 2. You can cook it in tandoor or pan griller or air frier, and if you want tandoori flavour..
  • 3. Heat the koyla put it in the katori add ghee and cover the paneer for 1-2 minutes, tandoori flavour ready..
  • 4. Schezwan sauce homemade-heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger. Be careful not to brown or burn the ginger garlic.
  • 5. Add the minced onions and let them cook on a low flame.
  • 6. Discard most of the water used to soak the chilies and grind the chilies with two tablespoons of water into a paste.
  • 7. Add ground chilies, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, salt and 1/4 cup water.
  • 8. Bring this to a boil and simmer till the sauce thickens.
  • 9. Schezwan sauce ready.
