When the oil is hot, put it mustard seed. When put masala in it then cvr lead on it, for aromatic.. Veggies didn't overcook ..

Ingredients For Schezwan Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a strainer put dry Poha. Wash well and Pour water to moisten it .
  • 2. Now heat 2tbsp oil in a kadhai add mustard seed when crackle seeds add curry leaves Cook for a minute
  • 3. Add chopped veggies cook till tender.
  • 4. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt masala and soya sauce mix well add moisten poha.. Mix well
  • 5. Add lemon juice Sauté until mixed and heated through
  • 6. Turn off the flame. Schejwan Poha is ready for serve..
