Ingredients For Semolina appe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take semolina in a big bowl add curd, mix them well and keep this batter aside for 25 minutes.
  • 2. Cut onion, capsicum, tomato into small pieces and grate carrot.
  • 3. Now after 25 minutes add these veggies into the batter .
  • 4. Add salt and red chilly powder. Mix them well.
  • 5. Check the consistency . Batter should not be thin.
  • 6. Take appe stand. Brush it with oil.
  • 7. Put batter into it. And cook it by covering it with the lid on medium flame.
  • 8. After 5 minutes check it if it is cooked from one side. Then turn them with a sharp tooth pick or the stick that comes with the stand .
  • 9. Now cook it from other side by covering it with the lid .
  • 10. Serve it hot with ketchup and chutney.
