Methods
  • 1. firstly, in a large thick bottomed kadai heat ghee.
  • 2. further add dry-fruits and roast till golden brown.
  • 3. transfer to a plate and keep aside.
  • 4. now add 3 tbsp of rava and roast till they turn aromatic.
  • 5. make sure to roast on low flame, else rava might burn.
  • 6. now add add in 2 cups milk and ¼ cup sugar.
  • 7. stir well and boil for 3 minutes or till sooji cooks well.
  • 8. stir and check for the consistency, make sure the kheer has thickened slightly.
  • 9. add in cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits.
  • 10. finally, serve rava kheer hot or refrigerate and serve chilled.
