Ingredients For Sheer Branj Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat milk in a pan and add soaked broken rice and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
  • 2. When the rice milk mixture thickens add sugar and mashed mawa.
  • 3. Stir again and add sugar, jaggery, cashew powder, cardamom powder.
  • 4. Then add kewra water and cooked till the mixture thickens.
  • 5. Transfer Shir branj to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped mix nuts, keep in the fridge for a while then serve.
