  • 1. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, curd, ghee, mix it well. Then, add sufficient water, make a knead dough. Rest it 10 mins. Keep aside. Then, make a balls in that dough, keep it in small hole in balls.
  • 2. Then, take the vessel, add sugar, water, misri piece, heat it in medium flame, melts well. Boil 5 mins. Then, switch off the flame. Keep aside. Sugar syrup ready.
  • 3. After, take the pan, add oil for deep frying, heat it in high flame, add dat balls, deep fry both sides. Transfer to sugar syrup. Then, switch off the flame. Soak 20 mins. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍.
