Ingredients For Soft Khoya Kala Jamun Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate mawa , paneer and knead it properly forming smooth dough..
  • 2. Now add baking powder and refined flour and knead well, if needed,add little milk for forming smooth dough
  • 3. Rest for few min
  • 4. Take a huge vessel..add sugar and water and boil till it is sticky.
  • 5. now take little mawa mixture ..add chopped dry fruits ,cardamon powder , yellow food colour and mix well..stuffing is ready
  • 6. make pea sized balls of stuffing.
  • 7. same way make equal balls out of leftover mawa paneer mixture..
  • 8. take a ball, flatten it, stuff it with dryfruits mawa balls and enclose it properly forming smooth balls.
  • 9. same way, prepare all the balls, keep the ghee ready for frying.
  • 10. fry the balls in very slow flame with they are dark in colour.
  • 11. Transfer the dark jamuns in the syrup and let it soak for 12 hrs...
  • 12. ready to serve the kala Jamuns..
