Preheat the air frier. Be really gentle when you shape kebabs.

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients specified above.
  • 2. Take a pencil and cover it with foil paper.
  • 3. Make a little mixture and surround it with the pencil gently.
  • 4. Make a kebab and remove the pencil.
  • 5. Follow the process for making other kebabs.
  • 6. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees.
  • 7. Brush a little oil on kebabs and place them in air fryer for 25 minutes.
  • 8. Serve the kebabs with sliced onion and mint chutney.
