Ingredients For Spicy Paniyaram with Naagin Indian hot sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan with oil. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add urad dal.
  • 2. Then add the chopped shallots, green chilies, curry leaves and salt and fry
  • 3. Now add freshly grated coconut and mix well
  • 4. Take the dosa batter in a bowl and transfer the entire content of the pan to the batter and mix
  • 5. Heat the paniyaram pan and add few drops of oil in each mould and pour the batter with the help of a spoon in each mould and close the pan with a lid and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  • 6. Turn the paniyaram in each mould upside down and let the other side also cook for 3 minutes.
  • 7. Once cooked serve hot with Naagin Hot indian sauce.
