Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add maida,salt,oil and mix well.now knead a dough using chilled water.keep dough aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. For making stuffing take a mixing bowl and add soaked poha,grated cabbage,ginger chilli paste,sugar,lemon juice,garam masala,salt and mix well.
  • 3. Now make equal size balls from the dough.and make small poori.
  • 4. Then put stuffing and give shape of Chandrakala.
  • 5. Now heat oil in kadai and fry till golden brown in colour.
  • 6. Now serve these spicy poha Chandrakala with tomato ketch up.
