1.
Firstly, wash and soak the Poha for 15 min. In between do all the other preparation like boil potato, wash and finely chopped spinach, green chilli.

Now take a big mixing bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, mix altogether very well and any shape as u like, tikki, square, balls as we like, here I use to make square.
3.
Now take a pan (kadhai) add oil and heat it, wen it becomes hot, fry all the squares until golden brown and serve while garnishing it with mint leaves and serve hot hot with tomato ketchup or handmade tomato sauce, here I use both in platting.
