1.
Mix 1 tsp of yeast in lukewarm water along with 1 spoon of sugar. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Sieve 1 cup maida along with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder (optional).

Once the yeast develops bubbles over it make a well in flour and pour the water. Do not add to much too water in yeast while fermenting.

Knead a soft dough by adding little water at a time. Knead for 15 minutes ( stretch the dough while kneading). Rest it in a greased bowl for 1.5 hours.

In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and add the veggies.

Add the sauces and herbs and seasoning and mix well.

After 1.5 hours punch the dough and make a big ball from it. Roll it medium thick and place the filling.
8.
Now roll it like a frankie and cut small pieces of it.
9.
Place these roundels in a greased cake mould in order. Apply some milk on top of it and bake for 15-20 minutes on 180-190 degree Celsius.
