Methods
  • 1. Boil the pasta as instructed in the packet.
  • 2. While the pasta is cooking, saute the veggies except for cherry tomatoes, and add some Italian seasoning and some salt.
  • 3. Now add the cherry tomatoes, boiled pasta in the sauteed veggies and toss well.
  • 4. Switch off the flame and add some vinegar and mix well.
  • 5. Now transfer them in a bowl and garnish with some finely chopped parsley.
  • 6. At last add shredded parmesan cheese.
