Ingredients For Stir-Fried Veggie Stuffed Egg Omelette Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add chopped yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper and saute for a few seconds add chopped red onion and salt, black pepper, crushed red chilli mix well and cook for 5 minutes or until it little tender.
  • 2. Now add lettuce leaves or here u can add spinach leaves also, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese mix and cook for a few seconds and turn off the flame.
  • 4. Take a pan and heat butter and add beaten egg sprinkles some salt and black pepper and let it cook for 2 minutes or until the bottom starting to turn golden.
  • 5. With the a help of large spatula, gently flip the egg over and now add cooked veggies at the centre of the omelette and start folding on both the sides.
  • 6. Transfer the Stir-Fried Veggie Stuffed Egg Omelette on the serving plate. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any snack sauce.
  • 7. Repeat the same process for another omelette. Yours delicious Stir-Fried Veggie Stuffed Egg Omelette is ready. Enjoy.
