Ingredients For Stuffed Beetroot Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add semolina, curd, beetroot paste,cumin powder, salt & water.Mix it well & keep rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat 1tspn oil in a hot pan & add chopped onion, capsicum & green chilli paste.Saute it gor few minutes.
  • 3. Add boiled , mashed potato & salt then.Make a mixture of it.
  • 4. Now in semolina mixture ,add eno & mix it.Batter mixture should be like toothpaste,not so thick & not so watery.
  • 5. Now grease idli mould with oil.Pour 1tspn idli batter in it.Then put 1tspn potato mixture & again cover with idli batter.
  • 6. Microwave it for 5 to 7 minutes.Serve it with any of your favourite chutney.
