Ingredients For Stuffed Khandvi Balls Pressure Cooker Method Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First make 1 cup Sev powder with the masala and keep aside. Then make green chilli and ginger paste and keep aside.
  • 2. Now mix besan, curd, water and green chilli ginger paste in a vessel and cook for 5 whistles.
  • 3. Grease five thalis on back side and once pressure releases mix well and spread the mixture on the plates, while warm spread it the Sev powder and dab it down.
  • 4. Now bring the sides together and make balls and keep on plate.. Make a tadka of mustard seeds and hing and pour it over the stuffed balls.. now garnish with Sev and coriander.
