How to make Stuffed Khandvi Balls Pressure Cooker Method Recipe

First make 1 cup Sev powder with the masala and keep aside. Then make green chilli and ginger paste and keep aside.

Now mix besan, curd, water and green chilli ginger paste in a vessel and cook for 5 whistles.
3.
Grease five thalis on back side and once pressure releases mix well and spread the mixture on the plates, while warm spread it the Sev powder and dab it down.
4.
Now bring the sides together and make balls and keep on plate.. Make a tadka of mustard seeds and hing and pour it over the stuffed balls.. now garnish with Sev and coriander.
