Ingredients For Suji halwa and Puri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Knead aata or whole wheat with pinch full of salt n water n keep aside for 15 minutes covered with wet cloth.
  • 2. Make puris and deep fry in pure ghee.
  • 3. Now roast semolina in a pan. And keep aside.
  • 4. Heat ghee in a pan and add tej patta elaichi and dry fruits.
  • 5. Now add suji, sugar n mix well.
  • 6. Now slowly add water by continuous stirring so that lumps are not formed.
