Ingredients For SUJI NAMAKPARA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add semolina all purpose flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and clarified butter and mix well.
  • 2. Knead to make a stiff dough. Make a crumb like texture.
  • 3. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Knead it again.
  • 4. Divide the dough into round balls. Roll out dough into thick circle.
  • 5. Now cut the circle in small diamond shapes. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • 6. Fry the namakpara on slow flame till golden brown. Drain on paper napkin.
  • 7. Serve with hot tea or coffee.
