Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the mawa.
  • 2. Take a large bowl add mawa,milk powder,sugar powder,grated coconut and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • 3. Divide the dough into two parts.
  • 4. Add yellow food color in one parts and also add green food color in other part.
  • 5. Grease some clarified butter in hand and yellow color dough divide into balls and make cylindrical shape.
  • 6. Make a leaf shape of green food color dough and stick at the top of the cylindrical shape yellow dough.
  • 7. With the help of straw make round like baby corn.
  • 8. Keep in the fridge for two hours.
  • 9. Enjoy with sweet baby corn.
