Ingredients For Tamilnadu Special Cashew Almond Murukk Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take the cashews, almonds in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Add sufficient water in it. Cashew Almond paste ready. Keep aside.
  • 2. Take a bowl, add rice flour, salt, white sesame seeds, cashew almond paste, Hing, hot oil, sufficient water, mix in well. Make a knead dough.
  • 3. Then take the Murukku machine, keep star hole in it, in that keep dough in it.
  • 4. Then, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, press Murukku machine, Murukku shape comes, deep fry both sides. It becomes golden brown color. Take it in absorbent paper. Serve it. So traditional and tasty😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️.
