Ingredients For Tawa kulcha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl add luke warm water add yeast powder,salt,sugar and 1 spoon oil and mix it well keep it for 10 minutes
  • 2. Add flour and curd knead soft dough apply some oil and keep on rest for 1 hour
  • 3. After hour spread some flour on board knead dough for 2-3 min divide into equal portion and make ball of it
  • 4. Take 1 ball flatten it 4-5 cm not so thin spread some kasuri methi on it and again press it so kasuri methi will nicely get stick on kulcha
  • 5. Put tawa on medium flame and bake kulcha on by applying oil from both side and till get golden
  • 6. Serve hot with sabji or dal
