Ingredients For Tawa Vada Pav Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a kadhai add 3 tbsp oil along with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it splutter.
  • 2. Now add turmeric and add mashed potatoes. Add cumin powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Add salt, coriander and lemon juice. Mix well and turn off the gas.
  • 3. Take a bun and make slit in between. Keep aside.
  • 4. On a tawa add 1 tbsp butter and red chilli powder. Coat the inner end of pav well with it. Place 2 spoons masala / stuff and roast the bun well.
  • 5. Serve hot with green chutney /sauce.
