Ingredients For Thandai Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend all ingredients except black pepper powder, milk and sugar.
  • 2. Chop till you get a rough powder and then add the pepper powder.
  • 3. Boil the milk and bring it to a room temperature.
  • 4. Mix 3- 4 tsp of the blended powder with milk and add sugar.
  • 5. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight before serving so that it gets enough time to infuse.
  • 6. Strain the milk to remove residue.
  • 7. Serve chilled garnish with chopped dry fruits .
