Ingredients For Tomato beetroot soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pressure pan add the chopped tomatoes, beetroot, and water to it.
  • 2. Now close the lid and pressure cook it for three whistles. Let the pressure release then open the lid
  • 3. cut the bread pieces and fry them till golden brown. Keep them aside. The bread croutons are ready
  • 4. Now using the blender / mixer and puree the contents. And strain with soup strainer
  • 5. Add 1 spoon butter in pan Add salt, black pepper powder and cumin seeds powder to it. Boil it for 10 min.
  • 6. Serve the ready tomato beetroot soup with bread croutons , garnish with fresh cream nd little bit of butter
