  • 1. First you have to break 2 coconuts and pick them.
  • 2. Now squeeze the coconut milk and squeeze out the coconut milk
  • 3. Then squeeze the coconut water in warm water and squeeze the milk out again.
  • 4. Now in the dry shell, the semai should be roasted well by shaking it red.
  • 5. Now add bay leaves and cardamom in coconut milk.
  • 6. When the milk boils, you have to give semai.
  • 7. Stir constantly with sugar as required.
  • 8. Cashews and raisins should be given. You have to keep a little bit of broth. This semai pulls quickly.
  • 9. Pour into serving bowl and serve.
