Ingredients For Urad and moong dal laddoo recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a grinder, grind moong dal and sift it. Repeat this process with urad dal.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the moong and urad dal powder. Roast on medium flame about 20 minutes or till the dal powder turn golden brown.
  • 3. Remove from heat and cool down completely. After cool down whip the roasted dal powder for 5-10 minutes or till the color of batter became light.
  • 4. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix. Make small balls from the mixture and put the little pistachios, crystal suger , chironji on top.
  • 5. Press the balls between your palm and flatten it. Store in a jar.
