Ingredients For VEG PULAO WITH BIRYANI MASALA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. In a pressure cooker heat ghee. Add cumin seeds , cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon stick. Saute it for few seconds.
  • 2. Add onion , cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add carrot and corn. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Add capsicum and all dry masala along with biryani masala. Mix it well . Cook on low medium flame.
  • 4. Add curd and stir . Finally add soaked rice mix it with masala. Add 2 cup water.
  • 5. Close the lid, pressure cook it only for 1 whistle.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowl. Serve hot with any raita or curry.
