Ingredients For Vegetable Biryani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan , Add cumin seeds ,bay leaves and cardamom. Add finally chopped onions and fry.
  • 2. Add mint chutney,tomato ketchup ,garam masala and mix vegetables & potatoes.
  • 3. Add 1/4 cup of water & cook on a low flame. Add leftover rice, salt & mix very well.
  • 4. Serve hot with the topping of tomato ketchup.
