Methods
  • 1. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Mix 2 teaspoons flour, 1 teaspoon semolina, 1 teaspoon oil and 1/3 teaspoon baking soda and baking powder and mix again.
  • 2. In the same way, carrot paste and moong pulses paste should be made with equal amount of ingredients.
  • 3. Place the stand in a non-stick pan and cover and heat for ten minutes. Spread the oil on the cake mould and spread the flour.
  • 4. Spread beetroot paste in the mould. Then add the carrot and finally the mugdal paste. Place the cake mold on the stand and cover and bake for 35-40 minutes. Check with a stick to make a cake if the stick comes out clean.
  • 5. Cool down, turn the knife around, turn the bowl over on a plate and apply a little pressure, the cake will be unmoulded.
