Methods

How to make Veggie Fried Maggi Recipe

1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute for a min. till it gets translucent.
2. Add tomatoes, carrot and capsicum. Saute for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
3. Lower the flame once vegetables are almost cooked. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and maggie tastemaker.
4. Saute for a minute. Add boiled noodles and mix well.
5. Remove from the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
