Ingredients For Vermicelli Upma

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan,add vermicelli and roast it for 30 seconds and keep it aside.
  • 2. Pour 2 Tsp of oil into the heated pan,add black mustard seeds and stir for few seconds.
  • 3. Add finely chopped onion and green chilli. Sauté until chopped onions turn pink in color.
  • 4. Add chopped tomatoes.Saute until the tomatoes become a little softer.
  • 5. Now add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder.Mix it well.
  • 6. After adding all the ingredients ,add roasted vermicelli and mix them all well.
  • 7. After this,add 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan for 1-2 minutes till the vermicelli gets cooked properly and beomes soft.
  • 8. Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves,Cheese and biscuits.
