1.
Take one tbsp clarified butter in a pan and add wheat flour and roast for to three mins. Now add milk powder and milk and mix gently to a smooth lump.

Set aside for ten minutes now add one tbsp clarified butter and knead it again, divide the dough into balls.

Make cylindrical shapes ball for 20 to 25,deep fry in clarified butter in low flame until golden brown and drop the same in the sugar syrup.
4.
Soak the gulab jamun in hot sugar syrup in 30 minutes and serve. Take a pan add sugar and water boil for 10 minutes in a low flame Add cardamom powder and mix well.
