1.
In a sauce pan boil milk,add mango puree and cook for 2 minute.

Make wheat flour and water slurry mix in the milk mixture and stir continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Cook for 5 min till mixture become thick.

Add sugar and mango essence ,transfer in a bowl and cool down completely.

Keep it in the freezer for 4-5hr .

After 4-5hr take out ice cream add fresh cream,nuts and blend in the mixer to make a smooth paste.
6.
Add mango chunks and freeze it to 4 hrs again.
7.
It's done serve in a decorated cone or in a bowl as you wish .Enjoy healthy ice cream.
