Ingredients For Wheat ladoos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat 4 tbsps of ghee in a pan.Add gond in it & fry it on a low flame till it became fluffy & crunchy. keep aside.
  • 2. In a same ghee;fry dryfruits one by one on a low flame & keep it in a plate.
  • 3. In a mixer jar;add all the fried nuts & make a coarse mixture.
  • 4. Now heat 1 cup ghee in the same pan & add wheat flour & roast it on a low medium flame for 6 mins.
  • 5. Mix well & stir continuously & roast mixture on a low flame for 25 mins till it became golden brown.
  • 6. Turn off the flame.Stir it continuously.Take a large mixing bowl & roasted flour.Allow it to cool.
  • 7. Add in dryfruits,cardamom powder,powdered sugar. Mix well.If required add some hot ghee.
  • 8. Take some mixture in hand & form a ladoo shape.Store it in a air tight containers.
