Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add flour, curd, salt, oil and water and knead it well. Keep oil in a pan to heat on medium heat.
  • 2. When the oil is hot, add ginger and green chilies and fry as soon as the mustard seeds crackle.
  • 3. Add potatoes, peas, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, mango powder, red chili powder and mix it and turn off the flame.
  • 4. Now take the dough from the dough and make balls out of them and roll out the rotis.
  • 5. Roll out the roti as thin as possible. Now place potato stuffing in the middle of the roti and apply hot sauce.
  • 6. Now cover the roti by folding it from all sides.Again, keep the oil in a pan to heat on medium flame.
  • 7. As soon as the oil is hot, put the patties in the oil and deep fry them till golden brown.
  • 8. Remove from the pan and serve with chutney and ketchup.
