Make sure your curd is not sour it must be fresh and thick to preserve your cake for 3 days without fridge .Cling wrap when not in use so that the cake will not become dry.

Ingredients For Wholewheat Dates Walnut Cake Recipe
1.
Take chopped Dates and soak it with warm milk for 30 mins .Once soaked grind well to thin paste .
2.
Take a Bowl add curd and oil mix well add this dates paste liquid and whisk well and keep aside
3.
Take dry ingredients Atta,baking powder,baking soda,salt and sieve well 2 times and keep aside .
4.
Mix dry ingredients in wet ingredients mix well a little thick batter add milk 3 tbsp if required and mix slowly lightly mix chopped Dates and walnuts little
5.
Add this batter to 8 inch rectangular mould or any 8 inch mould pour the batter and garnish top with dates and walnuts.
