Ingredients For Wrap 'n Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix the eggs,cornflour, black pepper powder and all the roasted seeds powder and salt to taste together in bowl, to prepare a smooth batter and rest it for 10mins.
  • 2. Heat up 1tbsp of olive oil in a nonstick pan, sauté the onion and then add the chopped blanched green peas, carrots, beans, black pepper powder and salt to taste and thoroughly mix to prepare the stuffing
  • 3. Brush the nonstick pan with some olive oil and spread a layer of the batter.
  • 4. Add the stuffing, some cheese, roll it and toast both the sides
  • 5. Repeat the process for the desired number of wraps needed.
  • 6. Now serve this healthy and nutritious Wrap 'n Roll hot with sauces/dips of your choice !
