Not a good substitute to freshly made ginger garlic paste
I use ginger garlic alot in my daily cooking. I bought this paste to spare me hassle of peeling garlic.
However, this paste have strong acidic after taste which is quite over powering.
The packaging is such that once opened there is no way it can be resealed so paste gets dry if kept open in the refrigerator.
I will stick to fresh ginger garlic paste till I get better option from any other brands.
