2 in 1 Beetroot Sandesh Recipe

This is my innovative sandesh recipe. It has no artificial flavour or colour. I added beetroot which is healthy as well as adds natural colour.

1. Keep on stirring the milk so that it doesn't stick to the pan.2. Knead the paneer properly till the mixture becomes smooth.

Ingredients For 2 in 1 Beetroot Sandesh Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan. Pour the milk. Boil it in medium high flame.
  • 2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the milk. Let the milk curdle. Stir it slowly.
  • 3. Take a muslin cloth, line up in a pan and pour the curdled milk on it.
  • 4. Squeeze it by gathering together the four corners. Wash lightly the curdled paneer along with the muslin cloth so that the sourness of lemon gets removed.
  • 5. Drain out water properly and knead nicely till the mixture becomes smooth.
  • 6. Mix the paneer with ghee, sugar and cardamom powder in low flame. Stir continuously until the whole mixture becomes thick and releases sides.
  • 7. Now divide the paneer into two parts. In one part, add boiled beetroot puree and bring to boil till it reduces and releases sides.
  • 8. Keep the other part as it is. Now make rolls of both the paneers.
  • 9. Add both the rolls and make it into one keeping the colours intact. Keep it in the freezer for few hours.
  • 10. Now cut into pieces. Enjoy this 2in 1 sandesh.
