Ingredients For Aalu Matar ki Poori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, salt and oil, mix it . Gradually add little water and knead the dough like a poori.
  • 2. In another bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and peas. Add all the stuffing material and mix in it.
  • 3. Take small portion from the dough , make ball and flatten it. Keep the flattened ball in your hands, make a bowl and fill a spoonful of stuffing in it. Close all the four edges well and flatten and roll it with light hands.
  • 4. Similarly, prepare all the pooris by the same method. Keep in mind that we do not have to press it hard or else it will burst.
  • 5. Heat the oil in the pan and fry these pooris on medium heat till they become golden and crispy .
  • 6. Serve them hot.
